Please note: Due to the overall spike in online orders, the sorting centers of our delivery partners, DHL and PostNL, are extremely busy. Because of this busyness, you may therefore see no update or change after receiving the shipping confirmation after a few days. No worries! If you have ordered your package before 1 p.m., it will be packed and picked up by the delivery service the same (working) day.
Unfortunately we cannot speed up this process, nor can we provide you with more information.
On your profile page you can see the current status of your order. In addition, in the shipping confirmation you can also find a track & trace link to follow your package at the delivery service. We recommend that you keep an eye on this for the most current information.
