This statement is meant for Park 4 B.V.'s customers and/or suppliers. In this statement we will explain how Park 4 B.V. handles the personal details of its customers and suppliers. Park 4 B.V. draws your attention to the fact that the personal information we process is collected and used because it is necessary to conclude and execute an agreement with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services. In addition, we process personal data of potential customers based on a balancing of interests.

Without this information, it would be impossible to invite you to become a subscriber, to send you an offer, to be able to determine which specifications or wishes a certain service should meet, to carry out work, to invoice, to pay and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about execution aspects of the agreement.

You are not required to provide us with your personal information. However, if you do not provide us with sufficient or adequate personal data, we may not be able to perform the above activities.

Transfer to third parties
In connection with the performance of a contract, we may need to provide your personal data to parties on our behalf to perform work. We also use external server space to store (parts of) our subscriber, sales and purchase administration, which includes your personal data. Your personal data is therefore processed in the server space of our provider. Because we use a newsletter mailing service, this service provider processes your personal data.

If you choose the "Klarna Subsequent Payment" payment method, Klarna may, in its legitimate interest, carry out a credit check itself or transfer the payment data collected for payment processing to an external credit institution. You can object to this at any time."

Direct Marketing
If you have given us permission (opt-in), we will store and use the personal data you provide in order to personally inform you in the future by e-mail about our existing and new services and products and to make an offer for them. Each time we send you a mailing, you have the opportunity to let us know that you do not wish to receive new offers (opt-out). See the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing. Retention period for personal data
If you have not become a customer, your personal data will be removed no later than twelve months after our last contact.
If you have become a customer (or we are your customer), we will retain your personal data for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was fully executed or for as long as is necessary to settle any legal claims in which you are involved. The period of seven years corresponds to the period during which we must keep our records for the Tax Office. After this period, we will delete your personal data.

Your rights
You have the right:
- To see and/or obtain your own personal data;
- To amend or supplement your own personal data if it contains inaccuracies or omissions;
- To have (within legal limits) your personal data deleted or to have its processing restricted;
- To have your electronically stored personal data transferred to you by us in a common format.
