Stiefel Mag Plus Pellet is a dietary feed to reduce stress reactions. Magnesium and vitamin B12 have a positive effect on nervous and stressed horses. Nutrition-related deficiency symptoms can be compensated. Concentration and willingness to perform can be positively affected. Supplement with vitamin E.

When the horse is under stress, all its performance reserves are activated to run away from or fight against danger. The muscles also become tense, including the heart muscle. Magnesium plays a special role for the heart muscle because, as a counterpart to calcium, it can normalize heart activity. Magnesium is also secreted in increasing amounts when stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline are released. So during stress, more magnesium is needed for many processes - in turn, a magnesium deficiency can amplify the effects of stress. In addition, vitamin B12 can have a strengthening effect on nerves and promote concentration.

Feeding directions:
Horses (600kg body weight): 25g per day.
Small horses: 12g per day
